Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Duaroam ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Duaroam generates travel itineraries using AI based on the details you provide, and saves them to your account. Generated itineraries are suggestions, not professional travel advice. Verify important details — prices, opening hours, visa and entry requirements, safety — before you rely on them or travel.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
• You must provide a valid email address.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no illegal activity, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, and no using it to generate harmful or abusive content.

Plans and payment

The free plan includes a limited number of itineraries. The paid plan unlocks unlimited itineraries and is billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. This removes your trips and ends the service for you.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on generated itineraries.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
