This Privacy Policy explains how Duaroam ("we", "us") collects and uses your information when you use our website and service. By using Duaroam, you agree to this policy.

What we collect

• Account data: the email address you sign up with.
• Trip data: the destinations, dates, interests, and budgets you enter, and the itineraries generated from them.
• Billing data: if you upgrade, our payment provider processes your payment. We store only your plan status and a payment reference — never your card details.

How we use it

• To provide the service — generating and saving your itineraries.
• To manage your account and your subscription.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We share data with the providers that run Duaroam, only as needed to operate the service:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Anthropic (Claude) — generates your itineraries from the trip details you submit.
• Lemon Squeezy — processes payments and acts as seller of record.
• Vercel — hosting.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated trips at any time from your account page. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have rights under the GDPR including access, correction, and erasure. To exercise them, contact us at the address below.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your trips are deleted with it.
